So, I can tell you how to create links in your sidebar, but it's too long to type in an e-mail, so e-mail me (address on my site) and I'll reply. Alternatively, a blogger in my blogroll called the Liberal Banana publishes a whole list of "how to" stuff on her blog. If you go to her main page and look along the side bar she has a whole set of links that address how to do this or that in blogger.
(I use bloglines - which let's me "subscribe" to site feed so I know when you've added something and my bloglines subscriptions are published as my blogroll - unless I specify that a subscription is private and then it does not appear.)
