Yesterday was my due date and just when I thought it wasn't gonna happen..it did it did!
We did some gardening early in the day - before it got up to 32 degrees! And then we went over to our friends next door and sat in their zen yard with them and chilled.
We came home around 8pm and I had some "show". Then the contractions starting coming every 20-30 minutes like a wave.
It's so funny because everyone's like "go for a long walk" (which I do almost everyday) have lotsa sex (which I don't do everyday TMI haha) so I jokingly said to my BH, I should relax today and watch it bring labour on..and it did! (thanks to Jane + Randy for the inspiration)
I'm sooo relieved because I managed to get some sleep overnight, waking up a few times with mild contractions.
My two eldest teens have provincials this morning so I was worried that muffin's grand entrance might interfere with their exams.
So far so good. I'm still having contractions every 20 minutes...not the painful ones - yet.
I'm sending everyone off to school/work so I can get some last minute things done.. (more like have some meditation time before I lose it!)
Time to get my BH to rub thy feet...

Woman, you are AMAZING! I would be in the fetal posistion weeping openly for my epidural!
